How late can I book an overnight shipment?
In the Frankfurt area we collect until 11 pm – far later than the parcel carriers. One phone call is all it takes, even at short notice in the evening.
When does the shipment reach the recipient?
As standard, on the next business day between 9 am and 5 pm. Guaranteed earlier on request: delivery by 8, 9 or 10 am, or by noon – whenever your recipient needs the shipment.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, we deliver on Saturdays on request – for example to workshops, medical practices and construction sites that work through the weekend.
Where do you deliver overnight?
Across Germany, usually on the next business day and, on request, guaranteed by 8, 9 or 10 am or by noon – across Europe overnight or within 24–48 hours, depending on the destination. We confirm the exact transit time in advance.
How are you different from DHL, UPS and FedEx?

What happens if a shipment cannot be delivered?
